1. Do not underestimate your young age.

Age, Gender and other things that people mention are mere excuses to delay the ordeal. If you really believe you are going to do it then nothing can stop you. You need to use all that you have got in your favour and turn everything into your strengths. There is nothing like a hard-working, intelligent and dedicated young professional who succeeds.

2. Invest your time in yourself.

Start reading, listen to significant podcasts while driving, and try to find inspiration in things and people, make your development your goal. You may not be a master in your field, if you are a well-rounded person having knowledge about subjects from various fields of life you will be doing the need full. Attain knowledge about anything and everything and put your quest of it above all else

3. Make your mind resilient.

The ability to work effectively and industriously for hours will be required. These long stretches will be required at all the stages of your work. Take note of where your skills lie and be mindful of your distractions are. Analyse your daily activities thoroughly and seek opportunities for improvement.

4. Be methodical.

Always be ready with a plan when you begin a new work. Also be ready with a plan B in case the previous one back fires. Planning is the most basic of all and is also the most rewarding.

Create a multi-step program which plans to take you step by step towards your goal. Also keep pace of time and be logical!

5. Believe in yourself.
