You will also have to File an application for the reservation of the name for the proposed Company. Later Drafting Memorandum & Articles of Association also have to be done.

Also, all the documents of the company have to be mandatorily submitted to the concerned Registrar of Companies (ROC).

Once the company is registered, you will need to collect the receipt of Certificate of Incorporation from the ROC, after which you may apply for PAN CARD and Bank Account in the name of the company.
