Company Incorporation becomes easy as Government launches CRC

The Start Up India plans to release it's blueprint soon. Read the article to find more about it.

The Prime Minister announced the ‘Start Up India, Stand Up India’ plan in his Independence Day speech last year. Keeping his promise, he is expected to release the work sketch of ‘Start Up India’ programme soon. The Start Up India programme is apparently going to include Start Up laws that are meant to simply the process of setting up and closing businesses in India. The government will bring forward a blueprint for Start Ups in two weeks.

The government is also planning to come up with a new and interesting category of business, the 'Innovative Start-ups’. The main aim behind the new category is to distinguish them from micro, small, medium, large and basically all types of businesses that are built on conventional models. These start ups will be given special support structure along with funding from the government.

The Start Up India, Stand Up India policy aims at concentrating on two key concerns. Looking into the numbers it comes out that more than 65 per cent of the successful start-ups move out of India because of the complications they face in doing business here. Also 90 per cent of start-up funding is obtained from foreign investment, i.e. VC and PE funds. Thus the soon to be released bill would be focusing upon making it easier to start, operate and close a business in India.

Apart from these young entrepreneur supporting measures, the plan is going to bring motivation for the all the innovative start-ups that the government feels need additional support as the risks may be higher than a conventional business.

The government is also taking measures to broaden the technique implied for identifying ‘innovative Start Ups’ The officials are working on it and one of the options that can be considered is to allow the chiefs of incubator or technology development bodies of different sectors to examine and certify the projects they find innovative.
